Opis stanowiska

YOUR TASKS

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in their daily operations, including: scheduling meetings, posting job advertisements, communicating with candidates, and coordinating with interviewers, reports, and summaries.
Maintain and review data in the recruitment system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the execution of recruitment projects and initiatives

Wymagania

YOUR PROFILE

Excellent command Polish and good English (at least B2) skills.
Strong self-organization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Proactivity and problem solving abilities.
Curiosity and willingness to learn, improve, and explore new ideas.
Very good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools.
