Job Description

As a Sales Manager - Interventional Cardiology Poland, you will have the opportunity to participate in the Image Guided Therapy-Devices segment of our business, specializing in interventional coronary applications.

You will be accountable for achieving field sales objectives by providing services to existing customers, identifying and securing new customers in the Mazowieckie, Świętokrzyskie, Podkarpackie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie districts.

Your role:

  • Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization for medical equipment
  • Identify and engage new customers across public and private healthcare.
  • Ensuring continuity of the relationship with the accounts (hospitals, medical institutions)
  • Identify opportunities for your customers within dedicated portfolio
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and manage your pipeline in SF.com
  • Conducting sales presentations for new and existing customers
  • Manage quotations, tenders and order intake processes.
  • Represent Philips at events and maintain strong field presence.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philips’ processes, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Wymagania

You're the right fit if you:

  • Hold a university degree in Life Sciences; a medical background is a plus.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in medical equipment and device sales, especially in cardiology invasive departments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Are fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills, along with analytical and training abilities.
  • Know the Polish tender environment in healthcare.
  • A full clean driving license and willingness to travel
