About the Department:

The Portfolio Administration department is responsible for providing operational support to Institutional, Sub-advised & High Net Worth separate accounts managed by Franklin Templeton Investments. This is done through issue resolution as well as by providing accounting, reporting and end-to-end account knowledge to our internal and external partners.

How You Will Add Value ?

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of assigned Institutional Separate Account portfolios on behalf of Franklin Templeton Services (FTS).
  • Driving for solutions by proactively trouble shooting query resolution and tracking issues through to completion whilst collaborating with key groups and individuals globally.
  • Developing solutions and delivering requested complex/custom reports and procedures.
  • Providing support for on-boarding activities and participating in client/custodian meetings.
  • Responsible for actively managing relationships of Institutional Separate Account world.
  • Provide premiere and seamless client service to internal and external clients such as Sales/Marketing, Client Services, Portfolio Management, Trading and Performance.
  • Following the move to BlackRock - Aladdin Investment Management Platform, provide day-to-day research and oversight over Aladdin Dashboard

Wymagania

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role ?

Experience, Education & Skills:

  • Possesses problem solving skills, detail orientation and good analytical skills.
  • Communicates well to build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Has good organizational skills and ability to prioritize own workloads.
  • Has confidence in working with various computer systems and applications.
  • Has Bachelor’s degree and Investment Management industry experience.
  • Knowledge of the Institutional Separate Account world would be an advantage, however, is not a requirement.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and Aladdin is preferred but not essential.
