Opis stanowiska

We are currently looking for a detailed oriented, customer focussed candidate with strong communication skills to join our Global Staffing team to provide operational & administrative support for the end to end recruitment process and associated activities. 

As Recruiting Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing support across the recruitment cycle including, CV screening, job posting,  interview scheduling, background checks, expense management as well as ensuring quality data input and administration of our applicant tracking tool.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Management and administration of the SF Recruiting Module through the end to end recruitment process
  • Management of candidate background / reference checks.
  • Act as the communication liaison between applicant and hiring manager regarding status issues / updates as required
  • High level CV screening as required
  • Manage phone screens and organize candidate travel and logistics for candidates.
  • Candidate expense management
  • Administer & set up  candidate assessments
  • Interview scheduling (between hiring managers/recruiters)
  • Process Vendor invoices relating to Recruitment (agencies/posting channels)
  • Prepare and ensure delivery of recruitment status updates internally to staffing team / hiring managers as required
  • Prepare job postings (internal & external)
  • Support active sourcing activities / candidate longlisting as required


The successful candidate should bring:

  • Solid education preferrably with a university degree or equivalent
  • Minium 1-2 years experience in an international / global organization preferrably in an HR support role or equivalent
  • Experience of applicant tracking software/system required. (Preferrably Success Factors)
  • Knowledge & experience of Linked In / candidate sourcing tools
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to self manage / prioritize
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent command / fluency in English
