Daily tasks:

• Support U.S. based teams working in different area of business to ensure high quality marketing products delivery to our clients.
• Work with a team of marketing experts to maintain marketing materials, communication tactics and a marketing calendar.
• Support the creation of compelling marketing materials - including brochures, web content, email message and presentations – that fulfill the marketing and communication strategy.
• Leverage and coordinate company-wide resources, including digital marketing, creative services and legal to assist in completion of team projects.
• Collaborate with members of the U.S. and Poznan marketing teams to support additional Franklin Templeton corporate objectives.
• Show “leadership” skills and capabilities in facilitating projects, overcoming obstacles and challenges.
• Manage inventory of literature, including tracking of usage and regulatory updates.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely updates to existing marketing materials and content.
• Develop a strong working relationship with U.S. based marketing teams supported.
• Work very closely with business partners throughout the company - Creative Services, other marketing teams, and Legal, among others.
• Develop a strong understanding of managed projects to efficiently implement improvements where needed.
• Support the completion of key projects on an ad hoc basis.
• Proactively participate in process improvement for the team.

We are looking for candidates who has:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid proofreading skills and capabilities.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple projects, organize and maintain accurate orderly files and records, while prioritizing workflow.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage efficient projects across stakeholders.
• Advanced level in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
