We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to work together with Nordic Units in order to align local procedures to the Nordic standards and solve tasks that require independent judgment and own decisions on how they should be solved. You will be responsible for supporting end users in case of IT failures or standard requests according to defined processes. This is an opportunity for you to act as first level support to all end users (single point of contact).

Opis stanowiska

You’ll join Compliance Market Surveillance, where we perform market abuse surveillance of orders, trades and communication related to financial instruments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform pre-screening of alerts generated in the market abuse surveillance system
  • Assess and analyse alerts
  • Prepare alerts for further investigation
  • Participate in testing of new surveillance system
  • Participate in the ongoing enhancement of surveillance systems and processes

The role is based in Warsaw, Poland and you will be part of building a new team and be working closely with colleagues situated in Copenhagen. Welcome to a team of highly skilled compliance officers where cooperation is key.

The Market Surveillance team is part of the Wholesale Banking Compliance organisation.

Wymagania

We are looking for a new colleague for our team who:

  • Is a Team player
  • Is Openminded
  • Has excellent analytical skills
  • Has excellent knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives)
  • Has excellent English skills, both spoken and written
