Opis stanowiska

Disciplinary and technical Leadership for Preassembly Section on Cooking Factory
Responsibility for processes within Preassembly Section – front panel gluing, door gluing, serigraphy, improvements, incl. monitoring of related KPIs
Daily production support to improve KPI for processes and equipment
Procurement of new equipment and installations
Planning of Ratio Activities in Section

Wymagania

Finished study of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar with appropriate technical experience
Experience on managerial position with direct subordinates
Knowledge within related preassembly processes
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
Fluency in English, Team Player attitude
