Opis stanowiska

Preparation, assessment of and negotiating commercial agreements concluded by BSH with customers and suppliers
Giving legal advice, preparing legal opinions, explanations and consultations connected with the ongoing business activity of the Company (in particular to the following departments: sales, marketing, purchasing, IT)
Providing trainings on legal matters in order to raise awareness and self-enablement of the employees
Analysis of the changes in the legal provisions and court judgements in the scope relevant for the activities of the Company
Delivering expertise and consultations for the Company with respect to the personal data protection
Representation of the Company vis-à-vis administrative bodies and courts

Wymagania

Higher legal education and the title of attorney-at-law
Minimum 8 years’ experience as a lawyer/attorney-at-law. Professional experience as in-house lawyer in a production/sales company will be an additional advantage
Practical knowledge of the civil, commercial, labour, and personal data protection law
Experience in the field of the new technologies law and intellectual property law
Proficiency in spoken and written English language allowing for the preparation and analysis of legal documents and unhindered communication within the Corporation. German language will be additional advantage
Convincing and leading the respective stakeholders through strong argumentation and taking ownership
Strong project management skills and proven ability to prioritize, organize, monitor and conduct activities requiring independent decisions
Rediness to travel in business in Poland
