Opis stanowiska

Design screen flows to facilitate users' processes
Ideate, sketch and create user interfaces in close cooperation with Agile team (developers, testers, product owner, scrum master)
Prepare visuals and grow the design system together with UX team and advocate for users in features development
Plan and design motion, animations and micro-interactions and then present designs and ideas clearly to the interdisciplinary audience
Build design culture within the organization by taking part in internal evangelization initiatives

Wymagania

Proven professional experience in designing online products for mobile devices, brand development and knowledge of motion design is a plus
Expert knowledge of current design trends and best practices for mobile applications and Strong conceptual and visual skills and high communication and presentation abilities
Deep understanding of designing for multiple touch points
Skills in Sketch or similar prototyping tool and skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus
Bachelor's degree in visual design or equivalent experience
