About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated professional as WEB Application Support Analyst in Poland for Lodz Shared Service Center.

The WEB Application Support Analyst analyses all assignments (“tickets”) in the field of expertise and resolves them. Ensures assignments get resolved within the agreed timeline. Works with project teams to develop websites and to support marketing in different initiatives. Ensures that assignments get resolved/tested and approved according to procedures, including User Acceptance Testing. Works with people from remote locations/regions (internal/external). Continues to grow expertise for the respective business processes and applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical support on the Barry Callebaut digital ecosystem.
• Develop websites on Drupal.
• Setup application tracking as a base for analytics and continuous improvements.
• Support marketing in using campaigns in salesforce pardot.
• Support marketing in using google analytics.
• Support marketing in administering social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Support marketing in administering digital marketing/advertising (Google Ads).

About you::

Practical knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Affinity with ‘digital’:

• (Customer facing) web applications;
• Responsive websites;
• Usability and design (UX, UI);
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Advertising (SEA);
• Social Media.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing (automation), Pardot:

• Email templates;
• Landing pages;
• Forms;
• Custom field and contact database governance (sanity checks).

Knowledge of Analytics:

• Google Tag Manager;
• Google Search Console;
• Google Data Studio;
• Google BigQuery (SQL);
• Usability tracking tools (Crazy Egg, Hotjar,...);
