Opis stanowiska

Solving, escalating and processing system incidents according to the Operations Level Agreements
Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components
Coordinating, executing and monitoring of maintenance tasks
Implementing Changes and processing operational tasks related to corporate IT infrastructure (Corporate and Regional Data Centers, factories and branch offices)
Cooperation with other support teams

Wymagania

IT support experience (2nd and/or 3rd Lines)
Deep technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas LAN/WAN, Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Databases (MS SQL,Oracle)
Good understanding of IT architecture
Very good English (written and spoken)
Team-working, stress-resistance and willingness to learn
