Opis stanowiska

The following opportunity is available in our Human Resources Team: HR Consultant

While the position will be located in our office in Poznan, the HR Consultant will report to the Head of Human Resources in Luxemburg and provide HR support for several countries in Europe. The successful candidate will also get involved in International HR projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing HR generalist services to several European offices by leveraging effective people management solutions in support of business goals.
  • Supports international and European HR projects in liaison with our Global HR Policy & Risk Team in the US.
  • Working with other HR Consultants and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), such as Global Total Rewards or Talent Management, to ensure our HR policies and procedures are compliant with local legislative or regulatory requirements and/or market practice.
  • Direct point of contact for leaders and employees to deliver impactful services, solutions and provide guidance to reduce organizational risk and to manage employee relations issues.
  • Utilizes effective people management solutions across the entire talent management lifecycle for the assigned locations.
  • Partners with and supports our Talent Acquisition team on recruiting activities in the assigned locations.
  • Prepares HR reports for the legal entity in Luxemburg and the 7 branches in Europe as well as HR information decks for board reports

Wymagania

Requirements and Expectations

  • University degree with reference to Human Resources or equivalent education preferable
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, Italian or French – nice to have
  • Working independently and self-sufficient
  • Profound experience in project work
  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
  • Desire to understand the Organisation and our business combined with a strong service orientation
  • Pro-active approach
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Able to work under pressure and above-average readiness
