This intern position provides support to the Franklin Templeton international sales teams with training, support, testing and completion of requests / tasks. The International Sales Support Services team (ISSS Team) serves as the conduit between IT and Franklin Templeton international sales teams. In this role, you will gain exposure to change management, project methodologies, CRM applications, issue tracking applications and business processes.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Addressing and responding to sales teams’ inquiries and assisting in resolving system issues.
• Assisting with training of new and existing functionalities for internal users
• Undertaking regular tasks such as user setup, reporting and sales team admin requests
• Working with developers to resolve system bugs
• Assisting team members with improvement initiatives, including requirement analysis, design, testing and business rollout
• Supporting system releases by performing functional and regression testing
• Building relationships with sales team members and management
• Collaborating with the business, developers and other team members

The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently in higher education
• An interest in Project Management
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Presentation Skills
• Medium to strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Independent, Committed, Self-Motivated
