The ideal candidate:
Recruiter with in-depth knowledge of different sourcing methods;
At least 2-years experience in handling various roles;
Thrives on multicultural environments, as many of the vacancies are for multi-lingual candidates;

A natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members;
Fluent English speaker (another European language would be a plus).

Responsibilities:

Your day will be a mix of job posting, CV sourcing, screening, telephone interviewing and arranging face-to-face assessments with managers.

Acting as a recruitment specialist for the business you will be the first point of contact for hiring managers. They will look to you for professional advice, support and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process from initial selection through to interview and job offers.
