Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

·         Support projects in accounting area

·         Daily cooperation in multinational environment

·         Monitor the execution of owing up assigned issues

·         Point of contact the entire ICA process

·         Daily reconciliation of ICA AR-AP differences

·         Follow up on GR/IR difference

·         E2E Accounts Payable Process handling including invoice receipt , posting and payment

·         Investigating root causes of issues, proposing (and implementing) solutions

·         Reporting and following up assigned issues

·         Point of contact and support in escalations and P2P related questions


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·         Graduate or student in last 2 years of Master degree studies (ideally with classes in finance and accounting)

·         Fluent English is a must (both orally and in writing)

·         Very good communication skills

·         Customer orientation with ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner

·         Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications (MS Excel at advance level);

·         Fast learner eager to gain experience within international company

·         Availability to work preferably 40h/ week
