Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support the Head of Strategy in designing and delivering key strategic initiatives for the Central & Eastern Europe.

You are responsible for

· Support the Head of Strategy in designing and delivering key strategic initiatives for the Central & Eastern Europe

· Provide analytical and business judgement support to enable fact-based strategic discussions

· Support workshops preparation and facilitation with multiple market stakeholders (from Marketing and Sales) to drive definition of strategic plans at CEE level

· Conduct high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses

· Contribute to the formulation of actionable strategy recommendations

Wymagania

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

· Recent graduate or last year of Master of Science degree in Business and Management (focus on strategy or finance preferred) or Industrial engineering with excellent academic track record

· Excellent analytics and quantitative skills with strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point

· Fluency in English, both written and verbal

· A possibility to travel in Czech republic and Romania for occasional workshops

· Internship in consulting firm a strong plus

· International experience a plus
