The ITAT Application Development Team provides application support to FT’s International Transfer Agency users that are based all over the world from Hong Kong, to Singapore, to Germany, to United States. The successful candidate will work from our Poznan office, a new campus, with other team members located both local and remote throughout the world. The team is responsible for developing new features and provide support and maintenance on the Transfer Agency application using a wide variety of technologies including Oracle, PL/SQL, Java, WebSphere Application Server, and other leading-edge web technologies. The successful candidate will need to have a technology background and show an openness to embrace the culture of Franklin Templeton and a willingness to learn from a diverse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of Sr. technology Team Member
• Analysis of production issues and / or defects
• Provide analysis findings and propose solution
• Development of corrections and or add new features
• Perform code promotion and documentation of change

The Ideal Candidate:

• Have experience working with Oracle, PL/SQL, Java, and WebSphere Application Server
• Have some general knowledge of information technology and programming
• Are fluent in English (B2+)
• Have a student status (3rd, 4th, 5th year students)
• Are self-motivated
• Are willing to listen to instruction
• Have capability of working independently
• Can work to strict deadlines
