Opis stanowiska

Main Areas of Responsibility:

 

-People Management & Leadership. Lead and develop a team of high quality and engaged members with a strong sense of customer service to ensure the delivery of highest standard to the organization in a fast moving environment. Identify and implement development opportunities to strengthen individual's skill set. Develop a robust succession planning and a pipeline of talent ready to staff global and corporate initiatives.

-P2P Owner and Change Agent for the local P2P transformation agenda. Drive and monitor continuous process enhancement initiatives within the different pillars of the team (AP, Payments, Master Data, Purchasing). Leveraging the use of systems and technology to ensure optimization of process automation.

-Play an active role in the local management team, facilitating cross department alignment and strong team cohesion.

-Contribute to the strategic evolution of the organization in co-operation with global counterparts and local leadership team to deliver long term strategic vision. Ensuring global improvement initiatives and allocation of resources are implemented & managed in a consistent manner across the organization.

Wymagania

  • University degree (Business, Finance preferably).
  • A minimum of 10 years in a multinational company including 5 years of managerial experience in a shared service center.
  • Solid business understanding and commercial acumen.
  • In depth experience of end to end processes in the area’s of AP, Payment, Purchasing and Master Data management.
  • Strong experience in change management.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Suites.
  • Strong command of English Language (oral and written), an additional language will be a plus
