Opis stanowiska

Project coordination of multi-language translation projects via Across-Language-Server
Communication and coordination of translation and localization tasks with internal and external translators (in more than 40 countries)
Maintenance of translation memories: preparation and monitoring of quality criteria of translations
Coordination of roll-out, training activities and user management (e. g. for headquarters, production plants, international subsidiaries, translation agencies)
Further development and optimization of the Translation Management System with regard to time-to-market, quality and cost transparency
Ongoing reporting (includes various business analyses) to management and corporate purchasing departments
Coordination and collaboration with internal departments, international subsidiaries and external agencies
Monitoring and analyzing processes and projects
User support for translation management software, including ticket handling

Wymagania

Professional experience with translation management or a similar position
Knowledge of translation technologies and systems: Across (preferred), Trados, Transit
Familiarity with machine translation technologies, Confluence, JIRA; experience in Regexes and Java would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, skills in German would be a plus
Ability to multi-task, effectively schedule, work under pressure and in an international virtual team
