Opis stanowiska

Organization of training events for BSH Academy mainly Germany
Guidance of stakeholders as participants, trainers and locations
Commercial execution of training events in cooperation with Controlling and Purchasing
Data maintenance and administration in SAP Qualification Portal and on BSH Academy communication platforms, management of administrative processes and continuous improvement
Support of education supervision and quality management with data analysis and reports

Wymagania

First professional experience in business or service areas, such as HR, controlling, purchasing, IT or customer services
Fluent German and English
Good IT skills in SAP and Microsoft Office
Communication skill, service and customer orientation, independent working methods
Team player, keen on intercultural cooperation with employees in other countries and subsidiaries
