Opis stanowiska

Support the development, implementation and optimization of agile project and product management methods (based on SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework) in the context of consumer-facing IoT solutions
Initiation of strategic initiatives to increase the use of agile methods, including the further development of cross-functional and agile project teams within consumer-facing IoT development and later possibly in a larger BSH-wide context
Coach teams to understand and apply customer value perspective, quality assurance, development and software architecture in agile projects and coach the teams and the organization to increase understanding of agile issues as a daily task
Through agile mentoring, training and workshops you improve the teams continuously and help to increase the velocity of the teams through "continuous improvements" within as well as outside the teams in the entire SAFe setup
Support proactively the continuous communication and information flow between the agile teams & stakeholders (like product managers, business owners as well as development and operations teams of various internal & external partners)

Wymagania

Master / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in agile software development
Experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master in Software Development environment. Certification as a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe 4 Scrum Master (SMM) or as Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CECs). Experience in facilitating Design Thinking workshops. Additional knowledge e.g. from the areas of moderation, mediation, systemic coaching are a plus
Enthusiasm for agility, change management and team development. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting. High personal ability to integrate and work in teams. Hands-on mentality. Very high level of autonomy and motivation. Assertiveness and resilience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. High focus on quality and intercultural competencies
Very good English, German would be a plus
