Opis stanowiska

Main activities:

handling customers' queries regarding dangerous shipments;
preparing customers' agreements;
cooperation with Sales department;
contact with internal and external customer;
general administrative tasks.

Wymagania

very good German (writing and speaking);
very good English;
strong communication skills;
ability to work under time pressure;
soft skills: problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making;
computer literacy, especially MS Office.
