Opis stanowiska

  • Working in a global project team on implementing innovative chatbot and consumer voice solutions on a global scale. Driving the project by sharing information about the benefits from using the tool with local teams
  • Be responsible for the IT infra-structure including vendor management & leading the development of this solution, lead the rollout of the solution in countries worldwide and provide operational support during and after go-live
  • Support of running text analysis of the consumer voices collected with both solutions and automatisation of the text analysis
  • Analyze and evaluate consumer conversations with the chatbot, measure its performance with KPIs to identify optimization potential and improve customer experience
  • Enable global, regional and country department to use both solutions via trainings, workshops and by providing educational content in our user community

Wymagania

  • University degree in marketing, business, information technology or similar field
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in digital transition, digital marketing or social media, agency background welcome
  • Proven success in managing complex projects, familiar with social media listening tools or bot-solutions (e.g Google`s Dialogflow)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, multicultural and service-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages (esp. German) as plus
