Your assignments will give you an insight into one of the following areas:
- Robot Programming and project commissioning;
- Technical Sales and Marketing;
- Project Engineering or Management.

Your responsibilities

- Learn ABB Robotics domain, technology and processes;

- Be open to try any presented opportunity to learn the business and work in different environments;

- Contribute to strategic project assignments and deliver visible results to the business;

- Build a global network within Robotics Business;

- Work with business and function leaders to explore different management styles;

- Willing to relocate in the short or medium term.

Your background

- Recent graduates (engineering or master's level studies or equivalent) with good grades in the fields of Robotics, Automatics, Management and Production Engineering, Mechatronics or related engineering major;

- Less than two years of professional work;

- High level of self-belief and motivation, being intensively driven, proactive and delivery focused person;

- Professional level of social understanding and good working relationships with others;

- Ability to learn about self, others and ideas, seeking exposure to new and challenging situations;

- Good conceptual thinking and analytical ability, potential to develop a strategic mindset;

- Ability to innovate and eagerness to improve things;

- Leadership skills – ability to motivate others and lead a team;

- Excellent knowledge of English.

Nice to have technical skills and knowledge:

- Programming PLC controllers (Siemens, Allen Bradley and others);

- Designing electrical circuits in dedicated EPLAN or other software;

- Design and analysis of machine safety systems according to EN ISO 13849.

- Certificate in Project Management

- Lean Management certificate (green belt)
