Scope of the role:

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) is responsible for the end to end experience of our customers within the digital environment. This spans through:

• Customer Research – Understand what does the customer need, want or expect
• Experience Design – Design an experience that customers want to be in
• Monitor & Optimize – Ensure journeys are delivering the commercial and customer outcome they need to

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the intern?

The intern will undertake journey management activities for the US Retail business. They work with the lead for this region to:

• Analysis of Voice of the Customer data to find actionable insights on how our customers behave
• Work with Marketing stakeholders to produce digital experiences that meet a defined customer outcome
• Work with the region Experience Lead to produce rolling plans

What ideal qualifications and skills would make the placement a success?

The DCX team has a broad range of specialties and we will look to flex a candidate towards the area that best fits their background e.g. Design, Stakeholder Management, Planning, Copy Writing, Analysis etc.

Qualifications:

• Current student status and availability to work 25-30 hours per week
• Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)

• Relationship Management, ability to build relationships that deliver with stakeholders
