Opis stanowiska

SLA assurance
Dealing with query whenever necessary and whenever assigned by TL
Handling of operational escalation and gathers all necessary information; resolves the Issue and provide feedback output to client and all parts involved
Root-cause analysis of problems:
Create Documentations whenever requested for Internal training purposed and process flows improvements
Propose improvements upon proper documented analysis and reports analysis.
Support with Monthly auditing process knowledge, quality assurance and system knowledge analysis
Back-up for escalations reporting and quality map presentation preparation.
Back-up for quality audit dashboards and presentations.
Posting of accounting transactions (invoices, bank statements, cash applications, postings, payments, journal entries etc.) done regularly and on time
Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirement
Performing month end closing activities on time and with high quality.
Provide Team members support at all time when requesting advices and operational support
Run the Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI to support TL and prepare graphics
Provide Operational highlights
Provide feedback for operational Reviews
Participate in filling Issues and accomplishments to TL/Manager
Data Analysis Red light to TL act whenever possible upon Operational circumstances
Prepare operation review presentations
Provide feedback for operational Reviews
Perform other tasks delegated by the Superior
