About this opportunity

Welcome to the Files Team! We add value by approaching each and every Customer with passion and empathy. As the Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering the service for our corporate customers in Nordic countries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling tasks connected with Global Cash Pool services
• Actively developing yourself
• Identifying and implementing process improvements 
• Cooperating with international stakeholders across Nordea

You’ll join an international team of amazing and supportive people. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background: 

• English on communicative level (at least B1+)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
