Scop of student internship

• Support End-to-End Inquiry Management: Oversee the employee inquiries related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive, from initial request handling to final resolution and communication.
• Support Data Analysis and Benchmarking: Validate employee data and perform salary benchmark calculations provided within the dedicated tool, in line with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless, compliant, and aligned inquiry process.
• Process Compliance and Improvement: Ensure all process steps are documented accurately and actively contribute to refining the service and its guidelines.

Your profile

• Active student status for at least 9 months. Preferred fields: Human Resources, Business Administration,​ Labor Law​, or other related fields.
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week.
• Very good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ​​
• Proficiency in another European language (esp. German) is highly beneficial.
