Opis stanowiska
TACC GCS NoAm (Treasury Accounting Cash and Control – Global Cash Services) department is primarily responsible for the payment related activities for Canadian funds. Analysts process various payments using the GPS (Global Payments Solution) system and/or banking applications. Additionally, analysts provide and compile various reports using banking applications and SMS Shareholder Management System.
Intern’s responsibilities will include reports generation and functions related to payments processing.
Wymagania
We are looking for candidates who (have):
•Current student status (the availability to work 25-30 hours per week)
•Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment – Proficient in the use of MS Office products
•Excellent communication skills, persistence and tact.
•Ability to work with a small team within a global/international environment
•Good with figures
•Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
•Very good organizational skills
•Team player with good interpersonal skills
•Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage.
•Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
•Good problem solving skills - Ability to analyze problems and determine and/or recommend resolutions.
