Opis stanowiska

The GBS Academy is designed as a fast-tracked career pathway for multilingual graduates in an international and diverse environment to support Philips's business functions in day-to-day operations. It offers structured professional development with on-the-job and soft-skills training, mentoring, coaching, and networking opportunities in the graduate community.

In this program, you have the opportunity to

Work in a full-time, regular position, and be supported in developing business skills, including practical communication skills, business acumen, time management, Microsoft Office, and much more. The exposure to the chosen functional area will enable the development of skills and abilities that drives value for both Philips and our customers.

You will build those capabilities by undertaking a challenging role in the Sales Back Office Team. You will use your language skills on a daily basis while cooperating with our partners across European markets. By obtaining functional training, within 12 months you will become a professional, ready to fill a permanent role in one of the above-mentioned business functions.

The Graduate Program consists of

Within the Sales Back Office Team, you will be responsible for

  • Managing orders [checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking invoicing, etc.]
  • Claim management on delivery, invoice, quality issues
  • Operational support for the Teleprospecting team


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Good knowledge (ideally B2 level) of English and German. Any other will be a great plus
  • From 0-1 year of work experience (Graduates & Early Professional)
  • Availability to work at least 30h/week, preferably 40h/week
  • Interest in developing your professional career within Sales/ Order Management
  • High energy, Adaptability, Continuous learning, Initiating action, Innovative, high work standards
