GSS Asia / EMEA Client Solutions is looking for an Intern, who will be the part of team in Poznan for the next 6 months. This role is responsible for driving communication best practices across GSS Asia EMEA, providing guidance and leveraging technology opportunities to develop communication solutions. Intern will work closely with various business and technical partners to identify, evaluate, develop, and execute process improvements which
achieve efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Provides business support and service by researching, validating, and confirming business needs
• Works with various teams to address and resolve ongoing and new business issues. Contributes when prioritizing business demands
• Compiles business metrics, data, trend analysis, and reports to identify measurable business value and benefits
• Independently identifies, captures, and analyzes ongoing business needs
• Compiles and organizes preferences of business partners and end users to clarify needs
• Applies effective communication throughout the business data analysis process.
• Understands knowledge of end users environments, experience, and needs as they relate to a potential solution
• Gathers data and key sources of needed information
• Understands steps in an effective decision-making process
• Contributes in the assessments of risks or issues based on the various solution options

• Availability to work 25-30 hours per week
• Current student status
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Ability to maintain flexibility, to plan and organize tasks, and schedule work to meet deadlines
• Ability to build collaborative, trust-based relationships with staff and customers in a local, international, and multi-site environment
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications)
