Opis stanowiska

Support on managing collections and disputes (e.g., processing adjustments, requesting and triggering write-offs).
Review receivables aging and account balances.
Liaise with customers and sales teams regarding payment matters (e.g., overdue payments).
Evaluate and authorize credit limits.
Review and monitor customer payment histories.
Undertake dunning activities.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives regarding processes, technologies, and organization.
Promoting knowledge sharing organization-wide.

Wymagania

Master in Economics or Business Administration.
English business proficiency (written and spoken).
Fluent German language written and spoken.
Relevant credit/collections experience in a multinational environment.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge or specific business understanding.
Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting.
Analytical / hands-on / flexible / solutions oriented.
