Opis stanowiska

Initiating purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the Purchase Requisitions (PR), confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance to purchase order requirements

Aligning supplier orders with internal requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price

Managing the day-to-day cooperation with international and local approved suppliers fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customers

Tracking goods receipt (GR) to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing

Identifying new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Ensuring registration and qualification of suppliers in SAP ARIBA platform as defined in company procedures

Supporting strategic sourcing team by execution of strategies and by conducting tactical negotiations / running small RFQ(s)

Analyzing and evaluating spend, suppliers‘ bids and proposals in order to determine the optimal value for the company

Wymagania

Proficiency in Italian (C1) and Business English (B2/C1) is required

1 year experience in purchasing/ buyer related position

Hands- on experience working with SAP (purchasing module) and ARIBA would be a plus

Proactive way of working / flexibility/ team work spirit

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Excel skills would be a plus
