As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will lead the digital transformation of customer service reports in Electrification Service, leveraging both technical expertise and strong soft skills such as communication, project management, and change management. You will collaborate with Field Service teams globally, translating business needs into precise IT application requirements, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with the Business Process & Enablement team to improve the global process landscape.
