As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will lead the digital transformation of customer service reports in Electrification Service, leveraging both technical expertise and strong soft skills such as communication, project management, and change management. You will collaborate with Field Service teams globally, translating business needs into precise IT application requirements, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with the Business Process & Enablement team to improve the global process landscape.

Your responsibilities

• Process ownership for Field Service Reporting
• Leading the digital transformation of customer service reports in Electrification Service teams
• Drive process harmonization and optimization for highest possible business value
• Manage change within the organisation to adopt process standards, monitor and review adoption
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Field Service Report processes
• Technical project management & implementation activities
• Translating business reporting needs into precise IT application requirements
• Managing input of digital reports into applications (e.g. Salesforce)
• Follow-up and verify demand delivery by IS Service Domain according to business requirements
• Support of local units
• Conducting training sessions to educate end users on new reporting tools and functionalities
• Communicate and share best practices and results within the organisation
• Main and first point of contact for local service unit key users for all requirements and change requests
• Change Management and Collaboration
• Value contributor and change agent within the global Electrification Service division
• Collaborating with colleagues from the Business Process & Enablement team as well as process owners from other Business Areas

• University degree: Master of Science / MBA or equivalent.
• Strong technical background in IT applications and integration models (at least 1 year experience)
• Excellent project management and change management skills
• Process mapping and requirements gathering skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing technological landscapes
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
