Opis stanowiska

ABB Marine & Ports is transforming the industry through electrical, digital and connected solutions. Our innovative technologies are redefining the future, bringing new levels of reliability, efficiency and sustainability to shipping while making our ports and terminals safer, greener and more productive. You will be part of Marine IT Operational Team working on Remote Diagnostic System (RDS). RDS is already installed worldwide, on board over 200 vessels. Dedicated solutions enable monitoring of physical assets in the power and propulsion chain, enabling remote troubleshooting and diagnostics which leads to reduced or prevented downtime.

Your responsibilities

Assist with global technical support for RDS (Remote Diagnostics Services) installed base
Helping with RDS installed base maintenance and performing supervised periodical checks over a remote connection
Keeping project-related data up to date
Support deployment of new features on industrial sites
Site to cloud data flow maintenance

Wymagania

Strong communication and organizational skills
IT knowledge on intermediate level: Windows, TCP/IP networks, XML
Basic programming skills will be an advantage (scripts, .NET)
Knowledge of industrial automation systems and OPC communication standard will be an advantage
Strong command of English
Student status and at least 1/2 or 3/5 time availability
