Core Responsibilities

• You will research corporate actions using company sources, advisory teams, and data vendors like Bloomberg.
• You will process and review corporate actions across global markets and asset types.
• You will reconcile events in line with internal procedures and deadlines.
• You will communicate professionally with international partners.

Experience, Education & Certifications

• Valid student status
• Availability to work 25–30 hours per week
• Fluent English

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge or interest in SQL or VBA would be a plus
