The Translation Services team supports all departments at Franklin Templeton with multilingual communication. Using advanced technologies like computer-assisted translation tools, translation management systems, and generative artificial intelligence, the team delivers scalable and high-quality language solutions. Team members collaborate across global functions, gaining exposure to innovative tools and cross-functional projects in a dynamic financial environment.

How you will add value

• You will manage daily translation requests.
• You will collaborate with global teams on multilingual projects.
• You will help optimize translation workflows and automation.
• You will apply AI tools to improve translation quality and efficiency.

Experience & Education

• Currently enrolled student in Linguistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Available for 25–30 hours/week with flexible scheduling

Skills & Interests

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Interest in language technologies and multilingual content
• Familiarity with NLP, machine learning, and generative models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude)
• Ability to research and analyze documentation
• Experience with translation tools and basic programming is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills for global collaboration
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
