How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

• You will manage daily activities of the commercial real estate loan portfolio.
• You will upload transaction data and maintain internal systems.
• You will reconcile data regularly to ensure accuracy.
• You will troubleshoot upload errors and resolve discrepancies quickly.
• You will collaborate to improve data entry and reporting processes.
• You will assist with report generation and audit support.
• You will create reports using business intelligence tools.
• You will support account openings and Know Your Customer requests.

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• 8+ years of experience, including mentoring junior team members.
• Strong knowledge of private credit, leverage, and complex fund structures.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with wire payments, deal lifecycle, and interest
• benchmark.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.
• Experience with Yardi, iLevel, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage large data sets.
