Your responsibilities

Do you want to make a meaningful impact by shaping the future of HR operations across Europe? Join us in driving the setup and transformation of our Regional HR Services HUB into a high-performing, innovative hub. As an experienced leader, you will play a key role in building and guiding a skilled HR team, managing complex multi-country transitions, and delivering efficient, compliant, and people-focused services. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic HR initiatives, collaborate with international stakeholders, and strengthen our organization’s operational excellence. 

  • Build and develop a skilled HR team to support transition into the Regional HR Services HUB and ensure efficient, stable operations 
  • Manage seamless end-to-end transition of HR administration processes from European countries while ensuring uninterrupted service delivery
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort through automation initiatives 
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and data protection measures to ensure compliance and consistent high-quality HR services 
  • Act as primary regional contact for HR Services, business leaders, and stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and communication

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, providing a strong foundation in HR principles and practices 
  • 6–8 years of leadership experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations, managing teams and driving service excellence in complex environments
  • Fluent in English and Polish, preferred German, enabling effective communication across regional teams and diverse stakeholder groups 
  • Strong leadership and change management skills, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth in multi-country HR transition projects
  • Expertise in HR technologies and shared services, KPIs, SLAs, and data protection, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
