Your role in manufacturing:

In this Internship, you will have the opportunity to be on the production floor meeting different challenges. It's up to you to make decisions and follow through with the results of those decisions. You will discover our leading technologies which are world-renowned. You will also learn the P&G standards and methods. In the end, you will build your own capabilities through job experience, mentoring and training.

📝 As a Summer Intern you will:

• Have great opportunity to get in touch with practice of production system
• Work on real business projects for which you will assume responsibility from Day 1, e.g. production management systems improvement, data analysis, lead and execute cost-saving projects
• Gain great work experience in the inspirational work environment using leading edge technology and getting to know process engineer role in practice
• Develop professionally and personally through coaching, mentoring and class-room training
• Become the member of the P&G team and experience a dynamic and international environment - other plants of the region, technical centers and often our customers or suppliers
• Lead and execute cost-saving and process improvement projects
• Participate in integration events and team building activities across the summer
• Have the opportunity to join the P&G team as a Trainee following the successful completion of your Internship.

We are looking for bachelor's/master's students who:

• Are at least 3rd year students at Technical University (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Molding, Engineering, Chemical, Process Engineering, Production Engineering and other similar faculties)
• Have strong technical skills and positive attitude towards challenges and change
• Have leadership, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinking, operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
• Have willingness to learn, initiative and flexibility
• Demonstrate very good English AND Polish language skills
