Your role

You will will work with a  large-scale Linux environment (approx. 500 servers). The role includes supporting Oracle databases and enterprise applications such as Siebel CRM and Oracle E-Business Suite, as well as administering middleware platforms like WebLogic, SOA, and AIA. You will leverage monitoring, automation, and deployment tools and designing and maintaining complex integrations between CRM, ERP, and backend systems.

Your project

• You will join a team responsible for operating and maintaining large-scale Oracle-based application environments, including Siebel CRM and Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBS), supporting critical business processes.
• As a junior team member, you will work closely with experienced engineers to learn how production and test environments are managed, monitored, and continuously improved. You will be supported by experienced team members and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

Your tasks

• Monitor production and test environments to ensure stability and availability
• Assist in incident handling, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Support deployments, installations, and change management activities
• Work with logs, SQL queries, and monitoring tools for troubleshooting
• Help maintain and improve operational documentation and procedures
• Participate in environment management (e.g., cloning, refresh, configuration)
• Support patching activities (OS and application/security updates)
• Collaborate with developers, integration teams, and business stakeholder

Your profile

• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix
• Basic experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Ansible) and basic SQL knowledge (simple queries, joins, and basic troubleshooting)
• Interest in databases, enterprise systems, and IT operations
• Willingness to learn Oracle technologies, Siebel CRM, and eBS
• Structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Exposure to CI/CD or automation tools
• Basic knowledge of monitoring tools
