Opis stanowiska

In the role of Principal Consultant,

you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Wymagania

Skills /Competencies Essential:
SAP MM Functional Leadership

Lead SAP MM workstreams in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Drive end-to-end solution design for procurement, inventory management, material master, vendor master, valuation, batch management, release strategy, and invoice verification.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
Configure and optimize SAP MM processes in S/4HANA / ECC environments.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA MM processes and simplifications.
Exposure to Fiori apps related to procurement and inventory management.
Understanding of business partner integration and master data harmonization in S/4HANA.

Industry-Specific Process Expertise

Understand and support procurement and inventory processes relevant to pharma and diagnostics, including:
regulated material procurement
batch-controlled inventory
shelf-life sensitive materials
quality-driven goods receipt processes
traceability and compliance-oriented supply chain operations
Work closely with business teams to support industry-specific operational requirements and audit readiness.

Preferred skills:
AI & SAP BTP Responsibilities:

Work with SAP BTP consultants to extend and enhance procurement solutions
Understand and apply Agentic AI concepts (autonomous decision-making workflows, AI-assisted procurement automation, intelligent approvals)
Collaborate on AI-driven use cases such as:
Intelligent procurement recommendations
Automated supplier evaluation
Exception handling using AI-based decision agents
Integrate SAP MM processes with AI services (SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, Joule, or external AI APIs via BTP)
Support development of AI-enabled workflows and automation scenarios across procurement lifecycle
