About the role
We are opening a new position to join our team as a Master Data Senior Specialist focused on process documentation in Signavio (business process modeling platform). Our team plays a key role in centralizing data sources and streamlining different data types into a unified database to support strategic data initiatives.

In this role, you will document, maintain, and continuously improve team processes. You will ensure that all processes are accurately captured, standardized, and aligned with existing systems such as RADRS , SAP and Tracker tools.

What will you do?

  • Translate team operations into structured and clear process models in Signavio (process modeling tool)
  • Ensure consistency, standardization, and compliance with modeling guidelines
  • Maintain and update documentation in line with process and system changes
  • Support transparency, usability, and knowledge sharing across stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement of documented processes

Wymagania

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in the tobacco industry with exposure to Nielsen (market measurement data), consumer tracker data, and product definitions
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong product knowledge across Combustibles and RRP (Reduced-Risk Products)
  • Understanding of data structures and databases
  • Ability to convert operational activities into structured process flows
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced knowledge of RADRS 
  • Experience in Product Master Data management
  • Project management capabilities
  • Understanding of modeling conventions such as events, gateways, roles, and subprocesses
  • SAP proficiency
