Job Description

Are you a hands-on Salesforce developer passionate about building robust, scalable systems that make a real impact? We're looking for a skilled engineer to join our team, focusing on our core digital platform that connects us with Health Care Professionals globally.

What you'll achieve:

Take ownership of our Health Care CRM, building new features and enhancing its capabilities.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of new technologies that will form the foundation of our next-generation architecture.
Embed and champion software engineering best practices (e.g.: via code review), fostering a culture of high-quality code, robust design, and continuous delivery.
Contribute to the successful delivery of new products and features that measurably improve the experience for our sales, brand, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for new features and system enhancements.
Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our core CRM platform, planning its integration with and/or migration to future systems.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure robust monitoring and observability, and contribute to release management processes.
Participate in technical design discussions, lead code reviews, and help define best practices.

Wymagania

Job Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Solid experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, LWC, integration patterns). Veeva knowledge is a huge plus!
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automating build, test, and deployment processes.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices. AI-tools knowledge is also a plus!
Clear and effective technical communication skills.
