What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of network solutions across enterprise environments.
• Provide technical expertise in Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) solutions, including design, policy configuration, integrations, and deployment.
• Understanding of Cisco Catalyst centres /DNAC
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Conduct network assessments, high-level designs (HLDs), low-level designs (LLDs), and documentation.
• Physical rack and cabling design.
• end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, build, testing, cutover, and operational handover.
• Manage customer communication, expectations, and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, security, and SDA fabrics.
• Create and maintain Visio-based network diagrams, topology maps, and solution documentation.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination for network hardware, licenses, and services.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and provide mitigation plans.

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in networking technologies: routing, switching, wireless, network security, SD-Access (SDA), DNA Center, ISE.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale network transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (plan, design, build, test, deploy, handover).
• Proficiency in MS Visio for architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Excellent communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with network vendors (Cisco preferred).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi-domain networks.
• Preferred certifications: CCNP, CCIE, Cisco SDA Specialist.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing delivery roles is highly desirable.
