Opis stanowiska

In the role of Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Wymagania

Skills /Competencies Essential:

10+ years SAP Logistics experience with minimum 2 full cycle S/4HANA implementations, preferably in life sciences.
Map life sciences business processes into SAP while ensuring alignment with GxP, SOX compliance needs.
Lead design workshops for SAP S/4HANA Logistics and Medical Devices Processes.
Expertise in Medical Devices Process: Consignment, Loan, Sample, Free-of-Charge Processes, Serialization, Refurbishment, Warranty, Demos, Field Inventory/Trunk Location.
Map life sciences business processes into SAP while ensuring alignment with GxP, SOX compliance needs.
Support integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, Warehouse (EWM/IM), QM

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Life science domain.
Previous experience in implementation/support for Medical Devices processes.
Multilingual proficiency but English is MUST
SAP S/4HANA Sales Upskiling Certification

Additional Skills:

Strong documentation skills: BBP, Functional Design Documents, SOPs, Training Material.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured defects and issue management.
Presales and consulting mindset:
Client advisory, value articulation, roadmap definition
Familiarity with delivery tools such as Solution Manager, JIRA/ALM, ChaRM.
Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, global delivery models.
