In this role, you have the opportunity to

Take advantage of your university experience helping us to build a campus recruitment strategy for Philips. You will closely with experienced recruiters, supporting them in recruitment processes and employer branding activities.

You are responsible for

·         Preparing job descriptions

·         Publishing job offers in different portals

·         Managing pipelines of candidates

·         Supporting Campus in logistic operations: mainly in organizing job fairs, workshops and lectures for students

·         Participating in brainstorm meetings- every idea is more than welcome!

·         Supporting the activity of intern community at Philips

You are a part of

EMEA Campus team, that consists of 20 recruiters spread all over Europe. We are recruiting the talents of tomorrow and promoting Philips as an excellent employer at an early stage of their career.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·         A student with availability to work at least 25-30 hours/ week

·         Fluency in Polish and English is a must

·         The most important for us would be your drive to learn, flexibility and interest for “soft HR”

·         Good knowledge of Excel would be a plus

·         First professional experience in a similar role would be a great asset
