Daily checks made concerning received incidents
Support SLA assurance by dealing with query handle whenever necessary
Handling of Operational escalation
Query management & disputes resolution
Root-cause analysis of problems
Propose improvements upon proper documented analysis and reports analysis
Posting of accounting transactions (invoices, bank statements, payments, journal entries etc.) done regularly and on time
Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements
Follow-up of the resolution of escalated cases
Support team members in daily activities
Interacting with Vendor's various parties & entities
Building & maintaining relationship with assigned Vendors & representatives
