Opis stanowiska

Fulfillment of IT Shop orders for BSH Users (assignment of roles & permissions across various systems like Active Directory, SAP and others)
Coordinating changes on user accounts (example: assisting Users transferring to other departments and locations)
Clarifying, preparing and executing mass changes on user roles
Creation, optimization & adjustment of IT documentation

Wymagania

Must be a student
Very good communication skills (German language would be a big advantage)
Proactive approach and engagement
Willingness for self-development
