Opis stanowiska

  • The CI/CBV team is responsible for Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) in the Bosch group. UCC includes messaging, audio and video telephony, video conferencing, video live streaming and PSTN services, provided to all Bosch associates worldwide. Applications, platforms, and vendors involved to provide such services are, e.g. Microsoft 365, MS Teams and MS Whiteboard, Skype for Business, Kaltura, Audiocodes, Avaya.,
  • In your role as IT Operations / Infrastructure Specialist, you contribute to the development and management of our UC service portfolio, including system and process design, development, implementation, testing and documentation,
  • Provide consulting and support to customers, covering all areas of the UCC service portfolio, including recommendations about end devices, ordering and usage,
  • Working in a diverse, international, and distributed team,
  • Contact with different units of the Bosch IT organization as well as customer units of different domains and regions


  • Completed education in computer science or telecommunications, 3-5 years of experience,
  • Expert knowledge of M365, Microsoft Teams and other Unified Communications and Collaborations solutions and complementary services including continuous delivery/deployment,
  • Strong technical knowledge and IT system knowledge, especially with IP-based networks and video/voice transmission (VoIP, SIP),
  • Experience with software development and automation in IT operations management,
  • Experience with customer support and IT service management (ITIL processes),
  • Good analytic and problem-solving skills, structured working method,
  • Ability to display and explain technical details in a comprehensive manner,
  • Being assertive and having a customer-oriented communication,
  • Ability to work in an agile, diverse, inter-cultural team,
  • Language: Business fluent in English (knowledge of German will be an asset)
